Rashfree Cream is a blend of benzalkonium chloride and zinc oxide that help to prevent diaper rash by forming a protective barrier between the skin and the diaper.

Generally, well tolerated. Some patients may experience. Signs of an allergic reaction like rash, hives and itching

Talk with your doctor right away if you have any of these signs: Significant reactions include wheezing, chest tightness, fever, itching, bad cough, blue skin colour, seizures or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat

Change wet/soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area and allow them to dry

Remember, keep this and all other medicines out of the reach of children, never share your medicines with others and use this medication only for the indication prescribed
