Seller Payment Terms


How payment is Calculated?

(Total Amount + Tax) + Shipping Amount - Commission Amount Incl of GST 18% = Seller Amount

Seller Amount when will be credited to Seller Bank Account?

Once order delivered to customer from that day to 7 working days including no customer return, then you will be PAID.

What is Shipping Amount?

**Forward Delivery Charges is free (i.e. from SELLER to CUSTOMER).

Return Charges will be applicable if customer Initiated the return (i.e. Product is returned by customer if product quality is poor, damaged product, other product other then order product to the SELLER)

Return Charges will be charged both Forward Charges + Return Charges, if Customer initiate the Return.

Shipping is calculated by two methods, Regional R.D.C + National N.D.C. This fee is charged for shipping order items to customer. It is calculated based on the higher of volumetric weight or dead weight of the product when measured with secondary packaging (i.e. package handed over to courier). It also varies based on shipment destination

What is Collection Fee?

Payment collection charges for orders placed on Kandharam's platform through Third party Collection agent convenience charges + NEFT Transfer charges through Bank. (Minimal Amount per Category)

What is Customer Return?

The order product is returned Due to 1. Quality Issue, 2. Not exact Quantity sent, 3. Damaged product while In Transit Due to poor packaging and without Package Tampered,  4. Item Missing inside the Package without Package Tampered, 5. Color and Size difference, 6. Not exact product Sent. 

If Customer Return any Penalty for the Seller?

Collection fee, Commission Amount, Forward Shipping Charge, Reverse Shipping Charge will be levied as  Penalty for the Seller.
